If you have an item that has broken down during the warranty period please:

  2. The manufacturer will contact SEQ on your behalf
  3. SEQ Electronics & Entrance Systems will be in touch directly to confirm details of your job.  We will call you to arrange a suitable time to pick up the item or we may be able to repair the item onsite depending on the fault and parts required.
